Gift Shops

Visit our stunning Gift Shops in the main lobbies of Flagstaff Medical Center and Verde Valley Medical Center. The Gift Shops are staffed by hospital volunteers who will greet you with a smile and help you find that perfect gift.

Gift Shop Hours:

Flagstaff Medical Center:
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
To order flowers or a gift for a patient in the hospital, please call the Gift Shop toll-free at 866 210-3523.

Verde Valley Medical Center:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, noon to 8 p.m.
You may order a gift for a patient in the hospital by calling the Gift Shop at 928 639-6553 .

Debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted.

We offer a wide variety of special gifts from floral arrangements to ceramic collectibles, jewelry, toys, home decorations, clothing and special occasion gifts. And, of course, you always can find a wonderful selection of stuffed toys.

Delivery of Gifts

• Orders received before 3 p.m. Monday through Friday will be delivered to your friend's or loved one's room on the same business day.
• Orders received after 3 p.m. Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered the following Monday.
• We will confirm the patient is still in our hospital before processing your order. If the patient has been discharged, you will be notified by phone that we were unable to process your order. We cannot make deliveries to a patient's home or other locations.

Gift Shop funds are used to purchase hospital equipment and fund special projects.
